Miller was a Lobbyist! Cheers!

So perhaps some of you in cyberspace didn't realize it, but Harris Miller was until recently a lobbyist for the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). If for no other reason, this alone makes him a quality choice for Senate (or Governor in '09). Right now our county is plaggued by the shady dealings of lobbyists, who do what they can to take advantage of politicans. However, imagine if a lobbyist was elected. They would not fail prey to lobbyist tricks. See?

That's a good point. Unforatuntely the LIBERAL/PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS who attack Harris Miller (and don't understand his Mark Warner-style appeal) will won't get it. We need to pound it into their tiny liberal heads!!!

This is so silly that it is hard to respond intelligently. Miller's status as a lobbyist means that he cannot attack Allen on any of the Washington stuff that would be effective in undercutting Allen's popularity. That means he is without the most effective weapon in this Senate race. The hell with helping Miller raise his name ID for some future election. There's a window of opportunity this fall to undercut Allen's presidential bid and keep him at home fighting a real fight for reelection. We can't walk through that window with Harris' big suitcase (baggage, get it) in tow....
